All Things Dandelion

Dandelions and their symbolism hold a special place in my heart. They reflect my own personal story of healing, resiliency, and transformation. Moreover, I feel connected with my ancestors as I make products, because they also used to work with this plant.

One of my favorite aspects of this powerful plant is all parts are edible - flowers, leaves, stems, and roots!

Dandelions symbolize rebirth to honor our personal resilience, power, and strength.

Dandelion Salve may be used topically and are made of organic ingredients including local Oregon beeswax, mango butter, dandelion infused olive oil, vitamin e oil, and apricot oil. The flowers are grown and wild harvested locally either from my land, a friend’s land, or someone I support on Etsy.

Seasons of Self is a small batch, sustainable company with products created to support you through each season of the year. My intention is to make each product around the new or full moon as a way to honor our cyclical nature. Seasons of Self is Earth Conscious: All products are in reusable and recyclable containers. All ingredients are either wildcrafted or organic.

*Please note, I only make a certain quantity each Dandelion season between the months of May through October.

Dandelion Wine is a medicinal beverage with many health benefits that include aiding digestion, reducing inflammation, cleansing the liver and kidneys, and supporting lung and heart health.

I will be making a new batch of Dandelion Wine in the summer, and it takes about 2 years to ferment fully, to reach its full potential.
